If you submit a working prototype of your software by March 1, 2016, we will pre-evaluate it on a subset of your task's test data and notify you of your performance. Based on the pre-evaluation, you may revise and resubmit your software for the full evaluation by May 13, 2016.

If you register for the CLEF conference by July 24, 2016 (tentative), you may do so at a reduced fee.

Notebooks

We ask you to submit a notebook paper, and a short abstract for printing. Please prepare the two texts as outlined below. For your convenience, we provide templates for both.

Notebook

Please prepare a notebook paper which gives a concise description of your approach. If you submitted softwares for more than one task, you may submit one notebook each. Your notebook will be accepted by default and it will be published as part of the CLEF conference proceedings.

The deadline for submitting your notebook is May 25, 2016. Your notebook may not exceed 12 pages, including references, and it must follow the Springer LNCS style guide. Please describe only the approach you implemented to solve the task.

To prepare your notebook paper, we have prepared templates for both Latex and Microsoft Word which follow the LNCS guidelines.
